Kathrin was born in Germany and started her career in international finance in Italy. After moving to the United States she began working in marketing-centric roles for start-ups and large corporations. Her entrepreneurial spirit drives effective approaches to growing business. Fluent in five languages, with an advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance and Strategic Planning, Kathrin founded Iota Marketing Group in 2010.
Adam LaVail
LEAD DESIGNER
Adam founded Meridiansix, one of New Mexico’s top design agencies, in 2000. After collaborating on several successful projects with Kathrin, he joined Iota in a 2010 as her lead designer.
Ben Montgomery
LEAD PROGRAMMER
Ben joined the team in 2013. He is a multi-talented musician, animator, and programmer. We have yet been able to throw a programmatic challenge at him that he hasn’t been able to achieve—on time, and in budget.
Coby Dax
VIDEO + DIGITAL CONTENT
Coby loves creating something from nothing at a price, speed, and quality that few can match. Over the past 28 years, he has worked on everything from 30 second commercials to full-length feature films. Owner of You Oughta Be in Pixels, Coby wears many hats, including directing, editing, cinematography, 2D/3D animation, and visual effects.
